about us

Lara
I’m Lara, a somatic movement therapist, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and womanhood guide with over twenty years of experience in movement therapy, yoga teaching, counselling, wellness writing, coaching, and somatic therapy. I am also a death doula.
My work began in youth empowerment programmes in rural South Africa. It later expanded to Ireland, where I had a relationship counselling practice, deepening my understanding of how stress and trauma are held in the body, and especially how women deal with it.
Over the years, I have offered movement therapy and yoga across South America, online, and in community settings, always drawn to work that helps people feel safer and more at home in themselves.
I specialise in supporting women through life’s transitions, including perimenopause and menopause, using somatic stress release, restorative movement, and yoga therapy.
My work is gentle and practical, helping the body feel safe enough to soften and release what it has been holding.

Benn
I’m Benn, a massage therapist with a natural healing touch and deep respect for people and their bodies. For over two years, I worked as a professional in body-based work. I gained hands-on experience at a Thai massage studio in Centurion, where I trained under Ramesh Thapa, the Nepalese gold medalist in the Eastern Freestyle category at the South Africa Massage Championships (SAMC).
My work focuses on helping the body release physical tension, improve mobility, and recover from the strain of daily life. I combine Asian and Swedish fusion massage with assisted stretching, myofascial release, cupping therapy, sound therapy, and sinus release techniques, adapting each session to the individual and their unique needs.
I approach every treatment with strength, respect, and clear boundaries.
Whether you need deep therapeutic work to recover from physical activity, a slower, gentler recovery-focused session, or deep relaxation, my aim is simple: to help you move more freely, feel less restricted, and leave with a sense of real physical relief.
